General Terms & Conditions & Cancellation

Hotel rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate your room by 10:00 AM.

Pets are only allowed on request.

Down payment

To confirm your booking, we request a deposit of 30% of the total price. This deposit will be fully deducted from the final price.


Travel cancellation insurance

Things can happen before you even start your trip; our cancellation insurance protects you financially. If you delay your booked hotel stay, fail to arrive at all, or cut short your stay, cancellation fees may be charged according to EU regulations. To protect yourself from any expenses in such cases, we recommend taking out this travel cancellation insurance, so that European Travel Insurance will cover them for you. When purchasing travel cancellation insurance, a deposit is not required for confirmation.

General cancellation conditions

Communication pursuant to Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005):

There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code - nevertheless, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:

  • In case of late arrival or early departure, the corresponding days will also be charged at 100% of the daily rate.
  • From 7 days before arrival, we will charge 100% of the agreed total price.
  • For cancellations within 30 days of arrival, a fee of 80% of the total booked amount will apply.
  • For cancellations between 31 and 60 days before arrival, a fee of 50% of the total booked amount will apply.
  • For cancellations up to 61 days before arrival, no additional cancellation fee will apply.
